History:
Treatment:
Tooth Removal; Immediate implant placement and restoration; simultaneous sinus elevations, bilaterally; advanced bone grafting in the lower jaw due to premature tooth loss
A 54 year-old non-smoking female presented for aesthetic reconstruction of her oral cavity. The patient suffered from advanced tooth loss, failure of previous dental treatment, inefficient chewing capabilities and discomfort.
Upper arch - Implant placement and immediate provisionalization and sinus elevation; Lower arch – Initial bone replacement procedure; lower right followed by implant placement and provisionalization.
