Immediate implant placement and restoration; simultaneous sinus elevation procedure to increase the available supporting bone in the posterior maxillae
A 56 year-old, non-smoking female presented for treatment of tooth loss in the upper right posterior region. The patient was suffering from a decrease in chewing efficiency, and facial collapse on the right side of her cheek from the loss of her molar and supporting bone.
