Immediate tooth removal, multiple teeth; implant placement; temporization
A 35 year-old non-smoking female presented for treatment of failing dentition at the right lateral and both central incisors in the maxillary arch (teeth #7, 8 and 9). The clinical evaluation revealed tooth mobility and advanced bone loss.
Atraumatic tooth removal; non-incision implant placement (flapless approach); flapless bone grafting; immediate provisionalization of multiple teeth
