Implant Reconstruction with Bone Grafting
A 35 year-old healthy nonsmoking female presented for implant reconstruction of the maxillary left lateral incisor, and the mandibular right first and second molar region.
Grafting to reconstruct the inadequate osseous contours at the buccal of the left central incisor, and in the buccal plate area of the lower right posterior. In addition to implant reconstruction at these areas, crown lengthening was planned for the upper jaw to alter the gingival levels. The final restorative treatment plan consisted of implant crowns with veneers for the cosmetic and functional rehabilitation of the aesthetic zone.
